Photoshop Diver
Underwater Photo Galleries
This dive took place on the The Grace Oil Rig and also at Anacapa Island both off the Ventura coast. The rig is an excellent dive for Scallops! Big, big Rock Scallops.
Besides being a great hunting spot, this is a dangerous dive, as the botom depth is over 300 ft.
This was my second dive on the rig but my first dive with an UW camera. I only took underwater photos at Anacapa Island.
My camera was the small little Olympus C-2040, a 2 megapixel camera. What this camera lacked in CCD it more than made up for with a great lens that opened up as wide as 1.8f, a great light gathering lens. I have no Strobe or Flash on these pics, just natural lighting and little help from Photoshop.
